NUDESTIX #Babeboss set review

Hey guys,

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to win a Sephora giveaway on Instagram. The prize was  NUDESTIX Babeboss lippencil set retailed at $79 AUD from Sephora.

“NUDESTIX is a simple collection of easy-to-use makeup crayons that cover all the bases and give you a fresh-faced, nude look. Enriched with skin-saving vitamins, antioxidants and moisturizers, each multipurpose NUDESTIX pencil is packed with goodness to #GONUDEBUTBETTER” [Source]

Also, NUDESTIX products are preservative, paraben, gluten and animal cruelty free!

RRP $79 AUD from Sephora

Included is this mini booklet/slip that runs you through the influencer behind the shade.

What’s really cool and economical about this set is that the case comes with a mirror as well as a sharpener which fits in neatly with the 6 other lip shades.

Overall comments

The pigmentation was amazing and the formula was soft and ‘whole’. The tips of the pencil + lip pencils crush easily. The matte colours stayed on better than  any lip pencils/matte lip crayons I’ve tried. However, it was still prone to flaking as well as caking slightly when I smiled.

Thus, I won’t go out of my way to repurchase any of their multifunctional lip and cheek pencils but for those who don’t mind touching up their makeup and want a convenient set of day to night shades, this set is for you!

Thanks for reading – any advice/feedback is greatly appreciated!

(Though this set was provided to me for free, there was no incentive to provide a review for it whether the review be positive or negative – hence all opinions expressed are 101% my own)
